Overall, those that believe they are "about the right weight" tend to get more sleep. Those that think they are overweight or underweight tend to have their sleep suffer. This might be because those that have a positive outlook on life find it easier to go to sleep at night (instead of having to worry about meaningless things).
The following data is from the CDC dataset. This set of data didn't look like what AAE's data looked like, but it was for the most part similar.
